My passion and expertise in massage therapy originate from my fascination with movement and managing significant life changes through holistic self-care practices. I graduated from the New York College of Health Professions in 2018 with continued study in sports and medical massage therapy. I'm incredibly results driven, customizing each treatment based off of my guests life-style, exercise routines, & careers to help them thrive in their day-to day life.

I prioritize creating a safe and inviting environment for everyone, ensuring that they can unwind and benefit from therapeutic massage regardless of their past massage experience. Whether you've never had a massage before or you're a connoisseur, I'm confident we can find a treatment best for you!

Ali is licensed in New York State, Florida and Hawaii, receiving her training from New York College of Health Professions, Bali International Spa Academy, and North Shore Ashiatsu and Massage. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Traditional Swedish, Thai, and Balinese Technique, Ashiatsu/ Barefoot Massage, Prenatal and Infant Massage, and Reflexology.

Ali has been passionate about massage therapy from a young age, working intuitively throughout her career. She trusts in bodywork as a main component to support a wholistic state of wellbeing and considers listening a key aspect in providing an adequately customized session, and believes in holding the highest positive intention during each treatment. 

In her free time she enjoys yoga, weight training, spending time in nature, crafting and cooking for her family. 

Alyssa is a licensed esthetician dedicated to enhancing the natural beauty and well-being of women. She specializes in modern holistic facials utilizing non-toxic, cruelty-free products and techniques such as facial massage, gua sha, and lymphatic drainage.

In addition to her personalized treatments, Alyssa is the founder of The Apothecary Girl Corp., where she handcrafts and offers her own retail line of skincare products. Each product is meticulously formulated with natural ingredients to nourish the skin and promote overall wellness. 

Her clients love the purity and effectiveness of her products, which they can purchase here at CLIO after their treatments to continue their skincare regimen at home.

Alyssa focuses on providing a calming and rejuvenating experience for every client, ensuring each woman feels cared for and revitalized.

Outside of her practice, she enjoys being in Hudson Valley with her dogs, crafting home decor, and interior decorating.
