Corrective exercise is a science-based way of helping your body move the way it was designed to.
Instead of only focusing on where you feel tight or sore, corrective exercise looks at how your body moves as a whole— identifying imbalances, weaknesses, and habits that may be keeping you stuck in a cycle of tension.

Every corrective exercise session at CLIO blends movement and massage for a complete reset:

  1. Assessment → We look at how your body moves, noticing compensations, imbalances, and areas of weakness.
  2. Activation → You’ll practice targeted drills that “wake up” underused muscles and restore balance.
  3. Integration → Movements are built into functional patterns (like squatting, reaching, twisting) so your body learns to move efficiently and safely.
  4. Reinforcement with Massage → Hands-on massage clears restrictions and reinforces the changes you’ve just trained into your system.
