My passion for massage therapy has always come from a deep fascination with movement — how the body adapts, how it carries stress, and how it can be retrained to move better. Over the years, I’ve realized that massage alone can bring incredible relief, but the real transformation happens when we combine hands-on therapy with intentional movement.
I graduated from the New York College of Health Professions in 2018 and have continued my education in sports massage, medical massage, and most recently, functional systems that integrate corrective exercise with massage. This blend allows me to help clients not just unwind, but also break through plateaus, restore balance, and build strength for the long term.
I customize every session around your lifestyle, activity level, and career demands — whether you’re recovering from stress, improving performance, or simply wanting to feel stronger in your daily life. My goal is always to create a safe, welcoming space where you can reset, realign, and reconnect with your body — no matter your past experience with massage or movement.
